Here is the images of the measurements of  4 RS40-1285d drivers in my possision. I ended up with 3 Taiwan drivers and 1 Thailand driver. The 1285d drivers seem to have the similar frequency response differences based on where the drivers was assembled. #1 is the Thailand driver, #2, #3, and #4 are Taiwan drivers. Also note that I tried removing the gasket on #2. It made the notch between 10Khz and 15Khz worse instead of better. Looks like the deal is to remove the gaskets on the 1354's  and leave it in place on the 1285's.
